摘要
通过对地理信息系统(GIS)的结构组成和功能进行分析,研究了GIS在房地产管理和房地产管理信息系统开发中的应用特点及建立房地产管理信息系统的必要性,提出了GIS支持下房地产管理信息系统开发的逻辑结构设计。
According to the constitution and function of GIS, we discuss the application characteristics of real-estate management information system and its possibility, offer the logic design structure of real-estate management information system and have a practical application.
