摘要
球铁经常使用在高温、低温循环的环境中,它的热疲劳性能被认为是最重要的性能之一。通过用感应电炉加热和自来水冷却试样,模拟球铁在700℃~25℃的反复循环使用环境,研究不同基体的球铁,发现退火铁素体球铁的热疲劳性能优于其它基体的球铁。
The ductile iron is often used in high and low cyclic temperatures condition, its thermal fatigue property is regarded as one of the importantest material properties. The different matrix ductile irons were studied by heating with a high frequency induction furnace and cooling with water from 700 ℃ to 25 ℃ .The results show that the thermal fatigue property of the ferritic ductile iron after annealing is better than that of others.
