摘要
针对传统工艺生产的Cr23Ni18钢锻件强度指标合格率较低的问题,在分析影响锻件强度指标因素的基础上,提出了一种新的生产工艺。新工艺通过向钢中添加不超过0.1%的微合金元素氮,使得Cr23Ni18锻件强度(尤其是屈服强度)有了明显提高。工业试验表明:采用新工艺生产6个炉次的Cr23Ni18锻件检验合格率为100%。
Aimed at poor quality of Cr23Ni18 forging produced by traditional process, analyzing the factors influencing strength of Cr23Ni18 forging, a new process was put forward. By adding not more than 0.1% N in Cr23Ni 18 steel, the strength (especially yield strength) of the forgings improved significantly. The result of industry experiment shows all forgings produced by new process pass the quality examination.
