摘要
目的探讨系统机械性疗法预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的有效性。方法选择髋关节置换患者80例,按入院顺序随机分为两组,组Ⅰ(n=40)行系统机械性疗法;组Ⅱ(n=40)行化学性疗法。动态观察两组下肢深静脉血栓形成情况。结果DVT发生率组Ⅰ5.0%(2/40),组Ⅱ17.5%(7/ 40),两组比较,P<0.05。结论系统机械性疗法预防深静脉血栓形成效果好,可操作性强,且无抗凝药增加出血量等并发症,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the effectivity of the systematical mechanism treatment about prevention of deep venous thrombosis. Methods 80 patients who underwent hip replacement were included in the study. According to the sequence of hospital admission, the patients were divided into two groups in random. The patients of group Ⅰ( n = 40) were received the systematical mechanism rreatment while the patients of group Ⅱ ( n = 40 ) were received the chemical treatment. Result Deep venous thrombosis rate of group Ⅰ was 5.0 % (2/40) ,and deep venous thrombosis of group Ⅱwas 17.5% (7/40)(P〈0.05).Conclusion The systematical mechanism treatment is economic and practical,and also easily carried out,without hemorrhage. It is worth of generalization.
