自制复方氯硫咪乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的疗效观察

The clinical observation of miles ammonia compound surfur cream for acne vulgaris treatment

目的评价自制复方氯硫咪乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、平行对照方法。观察组外用自制复方氯硫咪乳膏,对照组外用0．025%维A酸霜,两组均加服同样内服药物,疗程4周。观察治疗中和疗程结束后的病情变化。结果治疗1周后,观察组基本治愈率、显效率和有效率均显著优于对照组（P＜0．05．P＜0．005,P＜0．001）。随着疗程增加,两组疗效有趋近倾向。治疗4周后,观察组基本治愈率和有效率仍高于对照组（P＜0．05）,但显效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）,观察组依从指数高于对照组（P＜0．001）．不良反应的发生率低于对照组（P＜0．001）。疗程结束1个月后随访,两组复发率差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论复方氯硫咪乳膏治疗寻常痤疮起效快,疗效满意,安全可靠,患者依从性高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of miles ammonia compound surfur cream for acne vulgaris treatment,including its compliance,security and recurrence. Methods With the stochastic and parallel comparasion, the test umt was treated with external use of miles ammonia compound surfur cream, and the control group with 0. 025 % vitamin A vacid cream. Otherwise, both units took the same internal medicine. The change and improvement during the four-week treatment were observed. Results After 1-week treatment,the test unit was apparently improved,compared with the control unit（ P〈0.05, P〈0. 005, P 〈 0.001）, with the treating clays increasing, there were converging trends between the two units,4-week treatment later, the restore rate of the test unit was still prior to the control unit（P〈0.05 ）, but the difference of the significant efficiency had no stastic meaning（P 〉 0.05 ）, the compliance index of the test unit was higher than the control unit（ P 〈 0. 001 ）, and the occurance of side dfect was lower than the control unit（P 〈 0. 001 ）. The follow-up investigution after 1 month,the recurrance rate of the two units had no apparent difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Miles ammonia compound surfur cream for treating acne vulgaris is speedy,the outcome is satisfactory, this way of treatment is safe and reliable,the compliance is high.
