重组人生长激素和能全力营养支持治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床观察 被引量:6

The clinical observation of the recombinant human growth hormone and Nengquanli to the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探讨重组人生长激素(rHGH)和能全力早期肠内营养对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的治疗作用。方法选择60例COPD呼吸衰竭,并且需机械通气的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规临床治疗,试验组则在此基础上予rHGH肌注及能全力早期肠内营养治疗。观察两组机械通气时间,检测两组治疗期间血清总蛋白、白蛋白及血红蛋白、血糖峰值。结果试验组机械通气时间明显缩短[(12.1±2.5)d vs(17.6±3.2)d.P<0.05],治疗期间各项营养指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血糖略有升高,病死率降低。结论联合应用重组人生长素和能全力营养支持对COPD患者有明显的治疗作用。 Objective To study the curative effect of recombinant human growth hormone (rHGH) and Nengquanli neteral nutrition in earlier period to the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 60 patients with COPD respiratory failure and mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into experiment group( n = 30 ) and control group ( n = 30). The experiment group were received intramuscular rHGH and Nengquanli enteral nutrition in earlier period. The mechanical ventilation time were observed. The serum total protein,ablumins, hemoglobin and serum glucose peep value in the period of treating were examined in two groups. Results In the experiment group,the mechanical ventilation time was much shorter[ ( 12.1 ±2.5) d vs ( 17.6 ±3.2 ) d, P〈 0.05 ] and each index sign of nourishment during treatment was obviously higher than that of control group (P〈 0.05). The level of serum glucose in the experiment group slightly went up and the mortality in the experiment group declined. Conclusion The recombinant human growth hormone combined with Nengquanli nutrition supporting has obvious curative effect to patients with COPD.
