脱敏四联疗法治疗过敏性疾病疗效观察

Observation of the efficiency of tuominsilian to treat with allergic dermatitis

目的观察脱敏四联疗法对变态反应性疾病的治疗效果。方法湿疹、荨麻疹、药疹患者分别分为治疗组与对照组共600例,每种疾病每组100例。均服用西替利嗪片和外用醋酸氢化可的松（尤卓尔）软膏,治疗组同时应用脱敏四联疗法（0．9%生理盐水250 ml、维生素C 5．0g、葡萄糖酸钙20 ml、西米替丁0．4g、地塞米松10 mg）每日1次静脉滴注,以10 d为界限观察治愈情况及3、5、7、10 d的止痒和皮疹消退情况。结果三种疾病患者治疗组在疗效方面均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论脱敏四联疗法有较好的疗效和安全性,可作为一种治疗过敏性疾病的方法推荐用于临床。

Objective To observe the effects of ＂tuominsilian＂therapy to cure the allergic dermatitis. Methods 600 patient were divided randomly into two groups, each group had 100 patients of eczema, 100 patients of urticaria and 100 patients of drug eruption. They were all treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, one tablet a day and hydrocortison butyrate ointment cream for external use, twice a day. Otherwise, using tuominsilian（0.9 % NS 250ml, vitamin C 5.0g, Ga glucose 20ml, cimitidine 0.4g, dexamethson 10mg,intravenous drop infusion once daily） as therapeutic group. The effects were evaluated 3,5,7,10 days later. Result There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion With good safety and effectively, the tuominsilian theraphy can be used for the allergic dermatitis.
