反相高效液相色谱法测定三茵舒肝颗粒中绿原酸含量

摘要 目的研究建立三茵舒肝颗粒中绿原酸的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil^TMC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02%磷酸(30:70),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长为327 nm,柱温:30℃。结果绿原酸在16.85~337 ng线性良好(r=0.9993),加样平均回收率为97.25%(RSD=3.11%)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于三茵舒肝颗粒的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Sanyin Shugan Granules by RP-HPLC. Methods Chromatography was performed on a diamonsilTM C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, Stem), at 30℃ ; The mobile phase was methaol-0.02 % H3 PO4 ( 30 : 70 ) ; The flow rate was 1.0ml/min; The detection wavelength was at 327nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 16. 85- 337ng ( r = 0. 9993 ), the average recovery was 97.25 % (RSD = 3.11% ). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Sanyin Shugan granules.
