A REVIEW OF RESEARCHES OF REAL ESTATE MARKET

房地产业是国民经济发展的晴雨表,房地产市场的发展对于增强区域产业综合竞争力具有重要意义。目前,房地产市场的发展主要集中在超大城市和大中小城市,而农村小城镇和广大农村则是一片空白;为解决三农问题、更好地服务于建设社会主义新农村的大局,农村房地产市场的建设将是今后房地产业的研究兴趣和发展方向。

The real estate industry plays a leading role in the development of national economy. How to choose the way for the development of real-estate-market is very significant because it can upgrade the comprehensive competitiveness of a region or a country. At present, the real-estate market development is mainly in metropolitans and other cities, but it is virtually absent in small towns and the vast rural areas. This paper holds that in order to solve the problems relating to farmers, countryside and agriculture and to serve the construction of a new socialist countryside, the experts should turn their interest to the development of the real-estate market in the countryside.
