摘要
在现代图书馆中,馆员的职业发展直接关系到图书馆工作效益的提高和服务质量的改善,任何与图书馆员的成长与组织目标相配合的问题都是人力资源开发的重要议题。文章从高校图书馆的实际出发,提出了相应的规划、设计和开发措施。
In modern libraries, the librarians' growth and development in their professional career are closely related to the improvement of efficiency and quality of their service. It is an important issue to integrate the staffs personal growth with their organizational objectives for human resources and human resource development. This paper analyzes the realistic significance of exploiting the existing human resources, and offers some corresponding measures for planning, designing and exploiting.
