本文以新疆优势资源里格尔87-5番茄品种为原料,通过乙醇提取,中性Al2O3柱层析法纯化番茄碱粗品,确定了HPLC分析番茄碱的色谱条件:色谱柱型:Zorbax-NH2(4·6mm×150mm),流动相:0·01mol/LNa2HPO4∶乙腈=30∶70,柱温:35℃,流速:1·0mL/min检测波长:205nm。
The text adopted the neutral AI2 03 to separate and to purificate the tomatine. The high -performance liquid chromatographic was developed for quantification of tomatine on a column Zorbax - NH2 ( 4. 6mm × 150mm), and eluted with a mixture of 0. 01mol/L Na2HPO4/acetonitrile (30/70, v/v), the column effluent was monitored at 205nm. Temperature was 35℃, flow rate: 1.0ml/min.
