摘要
在父母代种鸡饲料中添加一定剂量G-132,获取种蛋并进一步孵化出富锗雏鸡,取170只随机分成4组,即Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组各45只;另取普通雏鸡180只随机分成2组,即第Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各75只。雏鸡在1日龄时第Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组腹腔注射北京-1株鸡马立克氏病病毒强毒株(vMDV),第Ⅳ、Ⅵ组每公斤饲料中加入100mgGe132,其他组不另行处理并在相同标准条件下饲养管理。于第1、15、30、45、60日龄采取血液检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性和谷胱甘肽(GSH)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果显示:(1)富锗雏鸡在15日龄内,体内抗氧化功能明显提高(P<0.05);(2)人工感染vMDV雏鸡抗氧化功能显著降低,而富锗雏鸡各项抗氧化指标的变化均比普通雏鸡相对平缓;(3)富锗并补锗雏鸡抗氧化功能明显而持续加强。试验表明,富锗雏鸡人工感染vMDV同时继续添加饲喂适量的Ge-132,抗氧化系统功能明显而持续地增强。
Germanium rich fertilized eggs were obtained from Hy line parent layers administered orally with Ge 132 and hatched with the normal fertilized eggs under the same standard conditions.One hundred and eig hty germani um chickens were randomly divided into four groups,i.e.Ⅲ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥ,45 per group.One hundred and fifty normal chickens were randomly allocated to groupⅠandⅡ,75 per group.At the age of one day,the chickens of groupⅡ,Ⅴ,Ⅵwere intraabdominally inoculated with virulent Marek′s disease virus(vMDV)and the chickens of grou pⅣ,Ⅵfed on the diets containing 100mg/kg Ge 132.During the experiment,all groups were managed under the same environment.The activities of serum SOD and blood GSH Px and the contents of serum LPO and blood GSH were examined at the age of one,fifteen,thirty,forty five and sixty days.The experimental results showed as follows.1.The antioxidant function of germanium fed chichens significantly ( P <0 05) increased under the age of fifteen days.2 .Theanti oxi dant function of vMDV infected chickens significantly and rapidly decreased,but the changes of antioxidant parameters of germanium fed chickens were relative moderate.3.The antioxidant function were significan tly and continu ally en hanced in vMDV infected germanium chickens fed on the diets containing Ge 132.The experiment al results fur ther con firmed that the antioxidant functions could be significantly and continually augmented in vMDV infe cted german ium chickens given Ge 132in the diets.
