摘要 介绍了初始会话协议SIP。在SIP和一般视频监控系统模型的基础上,提出了一种基于SIP的网络视频监控系统,给出了分层网络模型,并对其各功能模块的作用进行了重点阐述。该分层网络模型的建立使得构建数字化、网络化、智能化、多媒体化视频监控系统成为可能。 The paper introduced Session Initial Protocol(SIP). Based on the SIP and the common video surveillance system models, it designed a general SIP network video surveillance system and presented a layered network model, whose components was discussed in detail. The layered network model presented here makes it possible to construct a real digital and network and intellectualized and multimedia video surveillance system.
