摘要
采用电磁仿真计算软件FEKO研究了有界波模拟器终端负载的结构设计。从已知的大型有界波模拟器的结构出发,用双指数波作为激励源,对有界波模拟器终端不同结构的负载进行了仿真计算分析,我们发现单纯的阻抗匹配不能完全消除终端负载对来波的反射,并联电阻的根数以及设置的位置对来波的反射都产生了显著的影响,这一结论为设计上升沿2~3ns的大型电磁脉冲场模拟设备具有一定的参考意义。
This paper mainly studied the terminal load design of bounded-wave simulator using electromagnetic modeling software FEKO. With double exponential waveform as exitation, we studied the electric field waveform in the boundedwave simulator with different terminal load. The results indicate that simple matched impedance couldnt eliminate the reflection of terminal load completely. The number as well as the location of the terminal impedance has severe effect on the reflection of electric magnetic wave. This conclusion is useful for developing large-scale EMP simulator with 2 -3ns rising time.
