摘要
通过对甜菜花药与胚珠的培养、后代遗传学分析、优良品系与优势组合选育及产质量鉴定等生物技术与常规技术相结合的方法,选育出一些有价值的高糖、抗病甜菜优良品系及优势组合。其中,组合88-30经1991~1992年2点次异地鉴定结果:块根产量与对照相仿,含糖率比对照提高1.4度,产糖量较对照增加11.5%,进一步肯定了甜菜未授粉胚珠、花药培养技术在甜菜育种中的应用潜力。
We have bred some high sugar content lines and combinations with resistant disease byauther culture and unpollination ovule culture,progeny test,breeding of fine lines and domi-nant combinations,yield,quality,identified,and biotechniques and conventional methodsused,the combination 88-30 have got good results with two locations te5t during 1991~1992.The root yield was similar to CK,sugar content 1.4%inereased,sugar yield 11.5%increased and confirmed that have great potentialities in sugarbeet breeding with abovemethods.
