教育的关系是人与人的关系。传统的教育管理是以被管理对象的可塑性为基础,把教育的对象当作物,体现的是主-客关系。主体间性是主体间关系的内在属性,是不同主体在交往过程中所表现出来的相关性和统一性,体现的是主-主关系。在主体间性视角下,传统的管理模式越来越受到制约,新的对话式的教育管理模式逐渐建构。

The relationship of education is a relationship between humans. Traditional education admistration based on the plasticity of the people educated as an object means a relation between subject and object. Inter subjectivity is the inherent attribution between subjects, the correlation and unity which are reflected in the process of association between subjects. From the perspective of intersubjectivity, the traditional management is always restricted. And new consultant education management forms gradually.
