摘要
一、引言
SPC(statistical process control)即统计过程控制是运用数理统计和概率论的基本理论和方法,对制造过程的特性和数据进行分析,把制造过程中影响产品质量特性的固有的随机波动和异常原因引起的可控制的波动进行定量分析和分离,根据产品特性波动的趋势预测并控制产品的质量,从而得到最佳过程输出的一种过程控制方法。
Quality is the life of an enterprise, and statistical process control (SPC) is the important content of an enterprisers quality control , because it plays a role of preventing in the production process . Control charts, the key tool of SPC , play an important role during quality control; but the timeliness is the vital requirement in the using control charts, which makes have heavy drawback drawing them by hand. So this paper introduces a simple and convenient method of establishing control charts with a computer, which can be used to analyze and find the quality problems in the production process in time in order to reetify and improve promptly.
