一、引言 20世纪20年代休哈特博士在贝尔实验室首先提出并应用了统计过程控制系统（简称SPC），近几十年统计过程控制在各种行业中发挥了巨大的作用。越来越多的企业设立质量管理部门，重视对员工的质量管理知识培训，运用统计过程控制系统。但是，这些培训真的发挥它应有的作用了吗？

In this paper, we talk about some issues in statistical process control training and give some suggestions from several aspects in daily SPC training. We believe that effective SPC training should focus on the delivery of ‘thought of SPC＇, not SPC tools. We suggest delivering the training in a form of ‘WORKSHOP＇. In this kind of training both supervisor and trainees are active. They talk about some related subjects and try to find solutions, then summary the knowledge and experience. We have made an experiment in the control chart training, and both the trainer and trainees learned a lot. Also we give some suggestions in directed against the problems in SPC training, such as SPC assumptions, spread of training, chosen of key characters and so on.
