摘要
目的:研究茶籽油降血脂抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法:对高血脂饲料喂食的鹌鹑灌胃给药,观察对血脂和动脉粥样硬化斑块组织形态变化情况。结果:与模型组比较,茶籽油组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白显著下降、动脉粥样硬化斑块减轻。与月见草油组比较差异无显著性。结论:茶籽油能降低高脂血症鹌鹑血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,并能明显减轻动脉粥样硬化斑块,对高血脂症有显著治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the serum lipids and anti-atherosclerosis effect of camellia oil. METHODS Animal models of high blood lipid of partridge caused by high lipid forage were used. RESULTS The lipids of model and camellia oil groups were significantly higher than those of control group. The serum TC,TG and LDL level in the camellia oil groups were significantly reduced compared with those in model group. The aorta plaque area percentage of camellia oil group was obviously lower than that of model groups. There was no significant difference between camellia oil groups and overening primrose oil group in lowing serum lipids. CONCLUSION Camellia oil has the effect of reducing high serum lipid and inhibitory effect on development of experiment atherosclerosis lesions in partridge. It also has clinical effect on high serum lipids.
