摘要
中国当代艺术正在经历语言困惑。这种困惑源于形式主义探索及其“表现”论局限,也源于现实批判与文化针对性思想中的艺术焦虑。与这种局限和焦虑相对应的,是语言“表达”说和“构成”论的对峙局面,从其主客二分世界图景的困境看,上述的语言焦虑已经逼近了中国当代艺术的转折边缘。
The contemporary Chinese art is now in a linguistic predicament which is resulted from the formalistic studies, the limitations of “expressionism”, and the artistic anxiety in reality critiques and culture-oriented thinking. Corresponding to these limitations and anxiety is the confrontation between the linguistic expressionism and constructivism, and, from the perspective of the dichotomy of subject and object, the abovementioned linguistic anxiety has pushed hard onto the transitional edge of contemporary Chinese art.
