摘要
主要分析了某实际反应釜支撑梁在一点集中温度作用下的温度场分布,与实测温度比较可得,有限元方法求得的结果与实测结果基本一致;同时分析了支撑梁在该温度场作用下支撑梁宽度、材料的导热系数、梁表面热交换系数对梁内最大主拉应力的影响。
The temperature field distribution within the boiler-supporting beam in certain structure under the concentrated temperature is analyzed. By comparison the results obtained by FEM agree well with the actual measured data. The influence of the supporting beam depth, the thermal coefficient of the material and the heat exchange coefficient on the maximum principal tensile stress in the boiler-supporting beam under the load of the temperature field is analyzed as well.
