Preparation of Ultra Low Viscosity Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose

摘要 以精制棉、氯乙酸、氢氧化钠和过氧化氢为原料,经过碱化、醚化、洗涤、干燥,制得羧甲基纤维素钠。同时,采用二步降粘法,在碱化及洗涤过程中加入过氧化氢,以降低纤维素钠的粘度,制得超低粘度的羧甲基纤维素钠。 Using refined cotton, chloroacetic acid, sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide as main feedstock, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was made by the process of basification, etherification, abstersion and drying. Meanwhile adopting two-step process of viscosity-decreasing method, i.e. adding hydrogen peroxide during the process of basification and abstersion to decrease the viscosity of alkaline cellulose, as a result the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose with ultra low viscosity was obtained.
