摘要
以壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)、P2O5为原料,合成了水乳剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。通过对还原剂用量等因素的讨论,确定最佳工艺条件为:次亚磷酸钠用量为TX-10的0.4%,n(TX-10)∶n(P2O5)∶n(H2O)=2∶1∶0.8,反应温度60℃,反应时间5h。在此条件下产品的酯化率为96.84%。
The water emulsion of nonyl phenol polyxyethylene phosphoric ester was synthesized by using nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether (TX-IO) and phosphorus pentoxide as raw materials. Based on discussion of dosage of reducing agent, the optimal conditions were obtained as follows: the amount of sodium hypophosphate was 0. 4% of the mass of TX- 10, the molar ratio of TX-10 between P2O5 and H2O was 2: 1:0. 8, the reaction was carried out at 60℃ for 5h. Under the optimum conditions, the final esterification rate reached 96.84%.
