河西地区绿洲“自然—农业经济”系统的初步分析

AN PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS OF THE 'NATURAL-AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIC' SYSTEM OF THE OASES IN HEXI AREA,GANSU PROVINCE

本文运用系统论的观点,将自然要素与经济要素相结会,对甘肃河西绿洲“自然——农业经济”系统的要素组成及其相互关系、系统的结构及稳定性进行了初步分析,并提出了系统优化的途径,即控制系统的输入、调整系统的结构和控制系统的输出。

In this paper, we have analysed some factors which are generally con-sidered very important for the system, and the relationships among these factors,and studied the structure and stability of the system by using the view ofsystem theory and combing the natural factors with the economic factors.Finally, we have put forward the way of system optimization, i. e.: 1)controlling its import, 2) adjusting its structure and 3) controlling itsexport.
