反馈倾向:一个新的研究视角 被引量:2

摘要 关于反馈的历史研究多是在孤立的、静止的状态下进行的,忽略了主体对反馈本身表现出的差异,具有局限性。针对这些问题London等人提出了反馈倾向的概念,作为一个新的研究方向,它可以为管理者及时了解与掌握员工的反馈接受效果、建立动态绩效管理模式及创建健康的反馈文化提供参考。
