摘要
目的:通过考察尿中盐酸曲马多及其代谢物的提取方法,建立其气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)的检测方法。方法:采用C18固相萃取法对尿中曲马多原体及其主要代谢物进行提取,利用GC-MS对其进行检测。结果:线性范围为0.1 ̄100μg/ml(r=0.9957,n=6),平均回收率为99.21%,相对标准偏差为2.83%,最低测量限为0.1g/ml。结论:本实验研究建立了尿中曲马多及其代谢物的快速、简便、准确、灵敏的检测方法,可作为快速检测吸毒人员尿中是否含有曲马多的一种有效的方法。
Objective:To examine the optimal extractive conditions of tramadol and its metabolite from urine and establish a detection method of tramadol by GC-MS. Methods:A solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spec-trometry (SPE-GC-MS) procedure for the simultaneous detection of tramadol and its main metabolite in urine has been developed.Results:The linearity of the tramadol solution from 0.1 g/ml to 100 μg/ml is fine,and correlation coefficient is 0.9957.The average recovery was 99.21%,and the relative sandard deviation was 2.83%.Conclusion:It is a rapid,simple,accurate and sensitive method.It is also an effective method for rapid detection whether there is tramadol in urine of druggy.
