Improve Technical Level of Surface Sealing with Dilute Asphalt and Modified Dilute Asphalt

有利的形势与紧迫的任务 2006年9月在京召开的ISSA全球大会上，国内外专家宣讲了18篇学术论文，其中有13篇是有关稀浆封层与改性稀浆封层施工技术方面的，这些论文绝大部分都是称赞稀浆封层与改性稀浆封层在筑养路中的重要作用，并提出如何改进施工技术。国内外技术权威的发言，一致肯定了稀浆封层与改性稀浆封层技术在筑养路中的技术效益、经济效益、节能与环保效益，肯定了两种封层在筑养路中广阔的发展前景。

In ISSA meeting in Beijing, Sep, 2006, 18 papers were published in speeches of international and domestic experts, and 13 of those were concerning of the surface ceiling technology of dilute asphalt and modified dilute asphalt. Their significance was largely emphasized, and methods for process improvement were brought out. Relevant experts achieved consensus of the technological, economical, energy conserving, environmental benefits of this ceiling technology in road construction and maintenance. It also has enormous potential for development and represents the future trend. They suggested all relevant users should adopt the corresponding machineries.
