大鼠牙乳头与成釉器重组肾被膜下种植的研究

摘要 目的:观察大鼠牙乳头对成釉器上皮的诱导作用。方法:出生后7d SD大鼠下颌第一磨牙根部的牙乳头与出生后2d的第二磨牙成釉器分别重组,出生后2d冠部牙乳头与成釉器重组为对照组。体外培养2d后种植于成年大鼠肾被膜下,1周,4周后取材,组织学观察上皮分化情况和硬组织形成情况。结果:1周后实验组重组体生成薄层的牙本质结构,内侧成牙本质细胞排列整齐,牙源性上皮未分化成成釉细胞,而有大量的骨样物质生成,对照组形成较为完整的牙冠结构。4周后,实验组重组体形成类牙根形态但仍无釉质形成。结论:根部牙乳头不具有促进成釉上皮分化的能力。 To evaluate the inductive effect of rat tooth apical papilla to enamel organ .Method:Tooth apical papilla of mandibular first molar germs of postnatal 7 days SD rat and coronal papilla of second molar combine with the enamel organs of second molar germs of 2 days. The reconstructions were cultured for 2 days and implanted in renal capsules of adult SD rat respectively.After 1,4 weeks the implanted tissues were harvested.The formation of hard tissue and differentiation of dental epithelia were analyzed histologically. Result. after 1 week of transplantation of apical papilla and enamel organ, thin dentin structures could be seen in 4/5 transplants,but the dental epithelia hasn't differentiated and large amount bone like tissue formed. The transplantation of coronal papilla and enamel organ formed tooth crown structure. After 4 weeks there still no enamel formed in the experimental group, and more intact tooth structure developed in control. Conclusion: The apical papilla do not have the ability to induce the differentiation of dental epithelia.
