摘要
目的:观察纳米羟基磷灰石(nano-HA)修复牙槽突裂的愈合过程,研究其修复牙槽突裂的可行性。方法:40只雄性日本大白兔随机平均分成nano-HA和HA两组。每只动物的两侧下颌骨均外科形成类似牙槽突裂样缺损。2个月后各组动物分别以上述两种材料充填修复牙槽突裂。于2周、4周、8周、12周和24周处死动物,采用组织学、组织形态学等方法观察样本。结果:组织学检查发现,术后2、4、8周时nano-HA组骨痂形成与改建早于对照组。术后第12周,nano-HA组材料已基本吸收,HA组材料未吸收。术后第24周,nano-HA组新骨平均丧失高度为修复高度的12.4%。结论:nano-HA是牙槽突裂修复的良好生物材料。
The purpose of this study was to study the feasibility of nano-HA used in repairing cleft of alveolus. Method: 40 male Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into nano-HA (group 1) and HA group (group 2) evenly. Clefts of alveolus was made by operation on each side of mandible, and two months later they were repaired with the two material. The animals were sacrificed at 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 weeks postoperative. Samples were observed by histological and histomorphometric evaluation.Result: 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation, the bone healing and reconstruction were more active in group 1 than that in group 2. 12 weeks after operation, nano-HA in group 1 was absorbed completely, though HA in group 2 remained unabsorbed. 24 weeks after operation, the proportion of average height of new forming bone lost in group 1 was 12.4%. Conclusion: Nano-HA was a good material for us repairing cleft of alveolus.
