摘要
目的了解铜绿假单孢菌临床连续分离株Ⅰ类整合酶基因(inⅠt1)存在情况和耐药性。方法采用聚合酶链反应方法检测97株铜绿假单孢菌inⅠt1。结果97株铜绿假单孢菌中有72株inⅠt1基因阳性(74.2%);其中多重耐药菌,耐药菌、敏感菌inⅠt1基因检出率分别84.7%(61/72)、8.9%(6/72)、6.4%(5/72)(P<0.01)。结论inⅠt1在铜绿假单孢菌中广泛分布,Ⅰ类整合子介导的耐药基因可能与铜绿假单孢菌多重耐药密切相关。
Objective To investigate the distribution of class Ⅰ integrase gene and drug-resistance in continuously isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. Methods PCR techniques were used for detection of intⅠ1 integrase gene in 97 strains of P. aeruginosa. Results IntⅠ1 integrase gene was tested positive in 72 of 97 (74.2%) P. aeruginosa isolates, including 61 multi-drug resistant stains (84.7%). 6,1,n multi-drug resistant strains (8.9%) and 5 sensitive strains (6.4%). Conclusion IntⅠ 1 integrase gene appears widespread in clinical isolates of P. aeruginosa and closely related with multi-drug resistance of P. aeruginosa.
