白细胞介素13在哮喘慢性阻塞性肺病中的变化及与肺通气功能的相关研究 被引量：2

摘要 支气管哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）是呼吸道最常见的两大疾患，近年来其发病率、病死率呈上升趋势，对其研究一直备受关注。白细胞介素13（IL-13）是由CD4^＋ Th2细胞分泌的多效性细胞因子，有研究证实Th2细胞能引起炎症和慢性组织损伤。IL-13作为Th2型细胞因子。与机体的炎症反应和免疫调节过程有关，许多研究证实IL-13与哮喘的发病密切相关，且与气道阻塞和气道高反应性有关，
