摘要
在分析全寿命周期的概念及组成结构的基础上,阐述了全寿命周期成本的控制理论和方法,利用后勤保障分析方法确定保障资源,在不同的维修级别中,进行使用和维修成本的估算。
Based on the analysis of the Life Cycle Cost＇ s concept and the structure, It sets forth theory and method of controlling the Life Cycle Cost, in different maintenance level using Logistics Support method to make sure the support resource, and then evaluating the Operation and Maintenance cost.
