摘要
针对企业高层管理者人力资本评价问题日益被重视,提出了企业高层管理者人力资本的含义并将模糊综合评判的方法运用到人力资本评价中,设计了人力资本的评价指标体系,介绍了层次分析法和模糊神经网络法这两种确定权重的方法,最后对四种评价算子进行了比较,并举例加以说明,以期为企业高层管理者人力资本评价问题作出有益的探讨。
People paid attention to the issue of the assessment about senior administrators "manpower capital day by day. It points out the meaning of senior administrators'manpower capital and apply the method of judging synthetically and fuzzily to assessment of manpower capital. It designed the assessment index system of the manpower capital, introduces two kinds of definiting weight methods AHP and fuzzy neural network. At last it compares four kinds of assessment operators and proves for example. It hopes that it can make the beneficial discussion of the issue of the assessment about senior administrators "manpower capital.
