摘要
近几年房价的过快增长成为人们关注的热点,从我国房地产泡沫的表现和现状出发,分析近几年房价持续增长的原因,及房地产泡沫给我国经济发展所带来的危害,在此基础上提出了相关的防范房地产泡沫进一步扩大的政策建议。
In recent years, the rapid growth of housing prices become a focus attention. This paper from performance of the real estate bubble to analysis the current situation in recent years house prices continuing to rise, and the bad effect on the economic development of our country given by the real estate bubble, and then give the policy to prevent the further real estate bubble.
