摘要
分析影响医院疫情监测系统中死亡原因编码质量的因素,并从普及临床医师和编码员的ICD-10知识、规范临床医师的诊断书写和提高编码员素质等环节制定相应对策。
This paper summarized the factors influencing accuracy of ICD - code of death caused in the hospital epidemic monitoring system and we put emphasis on the education of the knowledge of ICD - 10 for the clinicians and the coders who gave the code for the death canse. Some measures were taken to improve the clinical diagnosis and the accurate code.
