医学生在教学医院临床实习情况调查

Survey of medical students' clinical practice in teaching hospital

目的:通过对临床专业毕业生在几所教学医院毕业实习基本情况的调查与分析,发现影响学生实习效果的因素,为医学院校和教学医院共同提高实习生实习质量,培养合格的医学人才提供依据。方法:按随机化抽样的方法抽取不同医院、不同科室的临床专业毕业实习学生100人进行问卷调查。结果:调查结果显示医学生对教学医院总体是满意的,对教师的带教能力满意度较低,临床教学活动开展的不充分,基本技能操作机会很少,学生对实习评价不高。结论:教学医院的教学意识、师资水平、医疗技术和教学条件等诸多方面因素是影响临床专业学生毕业实习质量的关键因素。

Objective： to find the affecting factors and to provide a basis for medical schools and teaching hospitals to enhance the interns＇ practical quality and turn out qualified medical talents by the investigation and analysis about a few basic training of clinical graduates in clinical teaching hospital. Methods： A questionnaire was sent out to 100 clinical practice graduates as random sample from different hospitals and different clinical sections. Results： The results show that medical students are generally satisfied with teaching hospitals and not so satisfied with the teachers＇ teaching ability. The clinical teaching activities are not fully carried out with few opportunities to operate basic skills. So students have given an unsatisfactory evaluation. Conclusions： Factors such as teaching, the quality of teachers, medical technology and teaching conditions in teaching hospitals are key factors affecting the training quality of clinical graduates.
