Misunderstandings of professional law cultivation for medical students and their possible strategies

加强对医学生执业法律素质培养已刻不容缓,文章在分析目前培养误区的同时,从医学院校提升医学法学学科地位、医学教育教研部门重视教材建设、医学法学教师重视提升课程含金量等三方面提出相应的培养对策。

It is urgent and necessary that the professional law cultivation of medical students be enhanced and promoted. This paper analyzes the misunderstandings at the present. Meanwhile, it provides corresponding strategies concerning three main aspects of eliminating these misunderstandings. The suggested measures are to promote the importance and status of medical law subjects in medical schools, the related medical education and research department to pay more attention to the development of textbooks and teachers of medical law to improve the contents of the course and their teaching approaches.
