摘要
随着教学医院中青年医师教学任务的不断增加,青年医师已经逐渐成为了临床教学的主力,如何使他们能够顺利完成从一名临床医师到青年教师角色的转化,成为了提高临床教学质量的关键。笔者在分析和肯定了青年教师所具有的特点后,指出了他们在实际教学工作中存在的不足,并认为应该从至少六个方面来提高和加强青年临床医师的教学能力。
Young physicians have gradually become the main sponsibilities of theirs in the teaching hospital. How to transform clinical physicians into young teachers is the key to heightening the teaching quality. This paper indicates the young physicians' shortage after analysis and affirmation of their characteristics, and aims at heightening and strengthening the teaching abilities from no less than six aspects.
