摘要
本文在对政府R&D投入与就业关系进行理论探讨的基础上,运用样本数据进行实证分析,通过对政府R&D投入与就业规模的协整检验和建立误差修正模型发现:中国R&D资本额与就业规模之间存在着协整关系,误差修正模型显示两者之间的长期均衡机制对扩大就业有明显的促进作用。应注重政府R&D投入对就业的长期效应,将其纳入中长期就业规划。
This paper is an empirical study on the relationship government R&D expenditure and employment on the basis of a theoretical analysis. By means of cointegration testing of government R&D expenditure and employment scale, as well as establishing the error-correcting model, the author discovers that there exists cointegration between Chinese R&D capital amount and employment scale, and the error-testing model indicates their long-term balanced mechanism can obviously promote employment. We should emphasize the long-term effect of government R&D expenditure on employment and include it in the mid-term and long-term employment planning.
