Lacking of water resource is an essential constrained factor in exploita-tion and construction of the arid region. The new achievement obtained inthe field of the management of groundwater presents a series quantitative anddynamic measures of schematization in comprehensive exploiratation and utili-zation of natural resources and in the preservation of ecoenvironment.
