摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对我国职业足球运动员高工资成因进行了探析,并提出应对策略。结果表明:(1)纵横比较结果表明,我国职业足球运动员工资确实过高了;(2)造成我国职业足球运动员获得高工资的主要原因包括职业足球运动员劳动力供求关系失衡、职业足球运动员人力资本具有专有性、职业足球竞赛产品具有联合消费和规模经济特征、职业足球运动员的职业机会成本较高、职业运动员税收征管不力和职业足球俱乐部追求非利润最大化的经营目标;(3)需要建立和完善职业运动员工资市场形成机制、妥善发挥政府干预与调节作用、完善俱乐部内部分配制度来进一步完善我国职业运动员工资机制。
This paper used documentary, questionnaire, expert interview, and mathematical statistic methods to study the forming reasons why professional football athletes have high salary, and provide some countermeasures as reference to promote national professional sports developing healthily. The results showed: 1) soccer athletes" salary are too high after vertical and horizontal comparison in China. 2) Demanding and supplying relation lost balance, unique attribute of professional football athlete in labor capital, combined consuming and scale economy characterized professional football competitive products, high occupation cost of PFA and running goal as "non-profit-maximum" of football club, all those together cause high salary. 3) It" s necessary to establish and perfect the salary forming system in market, government should interfere and adjust it, and also should perfect the interior sharing system in sport clubs so that to further oerfect our national salary oreanism on orofessional athletes.
