本文在描述塔里木盆地水资源基本特征的基础上,论述了水资源利用和绿洲建设的关系,并探讨了塔里木盆地绿洲的保护和发展问题。
Based on the describing of the main characteritics of water resource inTarim Basin, the paper discusses the relationships between utilization ofwater resource and oasis Contruction, and the protection and development ofthe oasis in Tarim Basin.
