高职专业结构与产业结构适应性研究——以湖南省为例

Study on the Adaptability between Specialty Structure and Industrial Structure in Higher Vocational Education——The Case of Hu’nan Province

区域经济中的产业结构和技术结构是高职教育专业结构调整与发展的重要依托。以湖南为例，高职专业结构与区域经济结构脱节的原因在于，院校类型复杂，转型滞后，培养目标定位不准，专业教学落后于经济发展。为使高职专业结构适应区域经济发展，学校必须立足区域需要，准确定位，加强产学结合，打造品牌与特色。

The industrial structure and technological structure in regional economy are important accordance of adjustment and development of specialty structure in higher vocational education. Taking Hu＇nan as the case, the reasons resulted in the disjoint between specialty structure and regional economic structure are the following： the type of higher vocational schools is complex, the transformation of higher vocational schools is delayed, the orientation of cultivation objectives isn＇t right, the specialty teaching lag behind economic development. In order to make specialty structure of higher vocational education adapt to regional economic development, school must base themselves on regional damand, oriente correctly, strengthen combination of production with teaching and shape outstanding brand and characteristics.
