广州地区高等职业教育发展现状研究

On Development Status of Higher Vocational Education in Guangzhou Region

目前，广州地区高职高专院校存在部分专业重复设置、办学效益低、供需矛盾较明显等问题。在未来的发展中，广州地区高职教育应遵循职业性、开放性、服务性的原则，不断更新和调整专业；探索定向培养或在职培养模式，提高特殊专业的办学效益；进一步统筹优化专业结构。

Nowadays, there exist some problems in the development of higher vocational schools in Guangzhou, such as that the specialty setup is duplicate, the school-running benefit is low, the conflict between talents cultivation and market demand is evident. In future development, higher vocational education in Guangzhou should comply with the principles of professionalization, openness and service, increas- ingly update and adjust specialties; explore oriented-cultivation and in-service cultivation model, and enhance school-running benefit of particular specialties; fully take advantage of the role of headmaster alliance meeting system of higher vocational schools in Guangzhou, and optimize specialty structure overally.
