摘要
研究和建立专业教师的能力结构,能够对教师队伍建设、科研工作和专业教师的成长提供科学指导。高职专业教师的职业技术教育能力结构模型可初步定位为:将劳动、职业技术、教育等领域的基本知识作为教师职业技术能力的基础;通过实践活动整合各种知识,形成以基本教学能力、职业技术教学能力、自我发展教学能力和技术创新教学能力为核心的职业技术教育能力。
The study and construction of competency structure for professional teachers can provide scientific guidance for the construction, research and professional development of professional teaching staff. The structure model of vocational and technical competency of professional teachers in higher vocational education can be oriented as: taking the basic knowledge in the field of labour, vocational technology and education as the basis of teachers' vocational and technical competency; integrating various knowledge through practice activity to form the vocational and technical competency which take basic teaching ability, vocational and technical teaching ability, self-development teaching ability and technique-innovation teaching ability as the core.
