摘要
我国农村劳动力数量庞大但受教育程度低,身体素质差且存在着心理贫困文化、公民意识薄弱、权利缺失和差别歧视等问题。从农村人力资本、二元经济结构、农村劳动力产权等角度进行分析,有助于完善农村教育体制、消除不合理的歧视制度,敦促政府在农村人力资源开发中发挥积极作用,从而提高农村人口的整体素质,变人口压力为人力资源优势。
Nowadays, there exist many problems in rural labour force in China, such as the amount is large but their educational background is low, their physical quality is weak, and face with the problems of poor mental culture, weak civil sense, entitlement lack and difference discrimination. Analysing these problems from the aspects of rural human capital, dual-economic structure and the property of rural labour force can contribute to optimize rural education system, remove unreasonable discrimination system, foster government to exert positive role in the development of rural human resource, and eventually enhance the whole quality of rural population and transform population pressure to human resource advantage.
