某含大量矿泥氧化钴矿的选矿工艺流程研究 被引量:5

摘要 某含大量矿泥氧化钴矿工艺矿物学研究表明,原矿中的主要有用矿物为裼铁矿和杂水钴矿及少量的水钴矿,杂水钴矿普遍含铁、锰,钴主要存在于钴的独立矿物杂水钴矿中,褐铁矿中亦含有少量钴,褐铁矿及水钴矿、杂水钴矿类矿物约占10%,以风化产物充填在石英颗粒间。主要脉石矿物为石英及其风化产物,占有量约65%~70%,少量浸染褐铁矿的黏土矿类矿物,占有量约15%~20%。未见独立的铜矿物,铜主要存在于含钴矿物及褐铁矿中,铜、钴关系密切,不可能分别富集,铜将在选钴的过程中得到富集,获得含铜钴精矿;本研究推荐工艺流程为:原矿预脱原生泥后磨矿,强磁选脱次生矿泥再抛尾,采用浮选得到最终产品,并控制产品质量,使铜钴精矿钴品位大于3%、铜品位大于1%。 The main valuable minerals in the ore are limonite and heterogenite (in the form of very complicated composition). The cobalt is predominantly embarked in the heterogenite, and also occurs in limonite in minor amount. In the ore, the two Co-bearing minerals accounts for about 10% of the total, the left is gangue minerals occurring mainly as quartz and silicates accounting for 65%-70%, and clay minerals disseminated with limonite accounting for 15%-20%. No independent Cu-minerals with significant grain size can be found in the ore, there are only minor amount of fine grains of Cu-sulphide included within limonite and Co-breaing minerals. Therefore, most of Cu would go together with heterogenite into the concentrate by the process. The present testwork reaches a recommended technical process named "first-stage by using spiral chute to dislime and second-stage by grinding plus wet high-intensity magnetic separation ending wich flotation (responsible for final Co concentrate production)". The testwork in this process resulted to final concentrate of 3.11% Co and 1.15% Cu.
