摘要 对5kW质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)电堆的电压-电流特性、温度特性、压力特性、反应气体计量比特性等进行了测试,并从电化学热力学和动力学两个角度初步分析了各运行参数对电堆性能的影响机理。试验表明,适当升高温度和反应气体压力有利于改善PEMFC电堆的性能,氢气、空气计量比分别为1.2和2.5时,该电堆性能最好。 The electric performance of a 5 kW proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) stack was rasearched. The influence of operating temperature, pressure, and reactant stoichiometric ratio on PEMFC stack was tested. The mechanism of the operating conditions' influence was analyzed by means of electrochemical thermodynamics and kinetics. The experimental results show that the PEMFC stack performance improves with the increase of temperature and reactant pressure. When the stoichiometric ratio of hydrogen and air are 1.2 and 2,5, respectively, the stack gets the best performance.
