摘要
通过渗透La0.8Sr0.2Co0.8Fe0.2O3(LSCF)组成的前趋硝酸盐溶液到多孔的YSZ基体中,以LSCF质量分数10%的硝酸铋作为LSCF合成的助剂,700℃热分解后得到LSCF(Bi)-YSZ电极。用电化学阻抗谱方法研究了电极的阻抗特性和阻抗随氧分压改变的关系,阻抗谱的等效电路拟合结果表明,LSCF-YSZ电极的高频阻抗是电极非欧姆阻抗的主要部分,和中频阻抗一起受氧分压改变的影响;低频阻抗随氧分压增加变化很小,但是随加热时间的延长增加迅速。
LSCF-YSZ electrode was fabricated by infiltrate precursor nitrate solution, in which in the ratio of La0.8Sr0.2Co0.8Fe0.2O3, into porous YSZ substrate and thermal decompose the nitrate at 700℃, The electrode impedance under different oxygen partial pressures was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) method. Fitted data of EIS test results show that non-ohmic resistance of the electrode is mainly contributed by high frequency resistance. Both high and media frequency resistance were influenced by oxygen partial pressure change while low frequency resistance changed little with the increase of oxygen partial pressure. The low frequency resistance increases quickly with the longer of heating time.
