基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA的飞机机翼前缘抗鸟撞分析 被引量:30

摘要 飞机的鸟撞事故是一种突发性和多发性的飞行事故,轻则飞机受损,重则机毁人亡,飞机结构的抗鸟撞设计与分析已经成为飞机设计中必须要考虑的重要内容之一。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对飞机机翼前缘结构的抗鸟撞能力进行了数值分析,分析结果表明:与经验公式计算结果相比,文中的计算结果较好,误差范围一般在±10%左右,最小误差仅为0.4%。证明该计算模型可靠,计算精度高,可用于飞机结构的抗鸟撞结构设计与分析。 In order to reduce the cost of validation tests and improve the efficiency of aircraft design, a new method is adopted to calculate anti-bird impact capability of an aircraft leading edge by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. A model of aluminum flat is used to validate the reliability of the bird model and the software. Based on the good result, the model of a bird and an aircraft leading edge is set up. The penetration velocity is obtained for different thicknesses and for different sweepbacks of a typical wing. The numerical results are in good agreement with the results of empirical formulas; the error is about ±10%, and the minimal error is just 0. 4%. It indicates that the method and the calculation model are reliable.
